Introductory talks are free of charge and by attending, you are under no obligation to learn.
Courses of Instruction
We teach Transcendental Meditation in 3 locations i.e. National center in Petaling Jaya and local centers in Penang and Johor Bahru. Arrangements can be made either with a group or with an individual to be taught by our teachers in these 3 locations on day and time convenient for both teacher and student.

Personal experience on day of learning TM:
