After practising TM in the morning, my mind is clear and organized, and these benefits last throughout the entire day. TM helps to remove my stress and fatigue and as a result I feel blissful and tranquil.
I get more accomplishments with less effort and I also experience greater fulfilment of desires in daily routine life.
Additionally, I am now more organized in my daily routine work and I can communicate with strangers more easily. I can even convince them of the benefits of TM.
